As a parent of a 14 year old daughter!.!.!. and as someone who became pregnant herself at a young age (19) I really recommend you tell your parents (along with the father and his parents) together in a counselors office!. This is going to be very difficult on them (as well as you)!.
Expect emotions to fly!. There will be anger, fear, confusion and concern!. Doing this is an environment with a professional is how those feelings can be dealt with and an open discussion can happen!.

you need to ask your parents to sit down with you one night!.!.
and you have to explain to them very calmly!.
you are only 14 so chances are they are going to get mad!.!.
but if you show them you are mature enought o have a kid!.!.!.
then maybe you can hae the baby and then put it up for adoption!.!.

You better tell them, they are going to be even more upset if you don't tell them now, its already gotten kind of late!. They need to make sure you are getting proper nutrition and getting regular check ups to make sure that the baby is ok!.
