What do I have??????!


Question: What do I have!?!?!?!?!?!?
I have been sick for about three days!. Every time i eat i get sick and throw up!. But if i dont eat i feel perfectly fine!. I thought it was just the flu and might pass in afew days but it hasnt!.!.!.

also what can i eat that might not make me feel so bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, stay off caffeine, dairy products, and fruit juices!.

Sip on water and Gatorade every so often!. If you do not vomit the Gatorade, start nibbling on some plain toast or crackers!. If the stays down, you can try a banana or apple sauce!.

Once the vomiting has stopped, and you are holding down those foods you can try simple foods that don't contain grease, lots of fat or dairy and see how you tolerate it!.

I would though see your doctor as you have been vomiting for 3 days!. Make sure you drink the water and Gatorade as your body can dehydrate and likely has a bit already!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

flu can last for 10 days or more, and food poisoning can take a long time to get out of the system, too!. you didn't say anything about drinking!. so i imagine that it is fine!. so buy some gator aides or power aides and drink those- i like the grape flavour the best!. that way you are still getting something inside you!. and don't drink milk until the nausea passes!. if this continues more than 2 weeks, i would go and see a doctor, just to be on the safe side!. ok!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating small crackers, one bite at a time!. That's what made me feel better when I was sick!. For drinks, try water (only sip, if you take big gulps you'll throw up) or 7-up!.
I've been sick for weeks on end and I've gotten better, so I wouldn't worry about the length!. Just try to eat healthy foods and drink water and/or 7-up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had this before, I thought it was flu too but i just left it for a while!. try eating plain food such as bread with a little bit of butter on or ready salted crisps!. I started eating small portions of food and gradually ate bigger and bigger portions until I was back to normal!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Probably a stomach bug!. If it carries on go to your doctors!.

Best food is the basic stuff, and don't go for things with high amounts of fats so avoid milk and butter,cheese !. Cereals or fruit would be good and dry toast and some biscuits/crackers!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

ugh!. maybe you have a stomach virus!. i had one the other day not as bad as urs but my friend did!. but she wasnt hungry!.i slept alot and drank sprite and took zofran or something like that lol just sippin on soda and sleeping alot might help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
