Swimming while menstruating?!

Question: Swimming while menstruating!?
I have to start swimming for P!.E!. monday, and I know I'll 'start' that day!. I can't use tampons well, they always hurt!. And girls aren't excused at all for menstruation in my class, no exceptions!.

Can i still swim!? What can i do to stop the flow!? Also, I don't have diva cups and/or menstrual sea sponges, in case you'd recommend them!.

What should I do!? Advice please asap!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well some people say that their period actually stops while in the water, but I wouldn't trust this completely!. I would say just keep trying tampons!. If you insert them correctly you won't be able to feel them!. This happened to me when I first started using tampons!. I went through like a box because every time I tried to insert it it hurt badly but eventually I got the hang of it and iserted it to where I couldn't feel it!. So just keep trying!. You'll get it eventually!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

before you go to school try a smaller tampon to start with, if it hurts chances are its too big!.

another option that is kinda gross but does work it wear a pad and a few spare pairs of underwear, my friend who doesn't like to use tampons does it, I did it once and it went fine but you need to get changed right away!.

you could also talk to your mum/dad about it and get them to write you a note or keep you home from school that day!.

another option would be to "get sick" at school and go to the sick bay for that lesson!.

good luck hope I helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

well you can't swim with a pad!.
either suck it up and use a painful tampon for 30 mintes or take a zero for the class that day!.
or you could tell your teacher listen d*mn it i don't use tampons so what the hell do you expect me to do!. thats personally what i would do!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

tampons are the easiest wasy im afraid!. ask your mum to get you some ultra thin ones!. always read the instructions, and make sure you push the tampon right up into your vagina!. if it feels uncomfortable try pushing it in further!. if not there isn't much else you can do!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
it sucks being a girl!.

good luck

Tampons really are your best option, you could try one of the smaller brands!. Don't know what country you're in, but in the US you could go with OB or something!? Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know the tampons are uncomfortable for you however have you tried the juniors or slim tampons!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok try this!.!.!.

when swimming wear a bathing suit with a pad and then wear a pair of shorts on top of your bathing suit!. since your wearing shorts nobody can see that area so you can try and wear a couple of extra pair of underwear!.

or this!.!.

if your teacher is a lady, you can just tell her about your situation and she'll understand!. she probably won't make you swim if she knows!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't have to worry! You won't be able to menstruate while in the pool, and this is scientifically prooved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
