Question: My period came on but only lasted a day!?
im sexually active my period was do 7 days ago and da day before i have my period i always get cramps but this time i got the cramps but i was late 7 days and when it cam on it was not like it was in my stomach it was more like a little lower i had back aches, head aches and at night i cant sleep can somebody please help Www@Answer-Health@Com

it may be due to your hormones, but i would grab a pregnancy test, or visit your doctor if your worried!.
A "period" that only lasts one day may be implantation bleeding!.!.!.when you beconme pregnant!.
Grab a pregnancy test before you jump to conclusions though!.

Are you on birth contol, because sometimes when you are on the pill your period can get off track!.
