my aunt said it was Dysmenorrhea
why am i having it always!?!?
it hurts so badly i couldn't hardly breathe

Welcome to the club, girl!. Take some ibuprofen!. If it's really that bad, you should see a Dr!. But normally most cramps will respond to ibuprofen or that kind of thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've been getting really bad period pain for 10 years!.
The week you think you're getting your period eat very healthy and drink plenty of water!. You can also take crampeze the week before your period, but I found this to be a waste of time!.
I usually take Paracetamol when I have massive period pain!. It takes awhile to kick in but once it does the pain just goes!.
Drink herbal tea, ginger is the best!.
Elevating the legs can also help decrease period pain!.
I'm on the pill to help eases my pain and my doctor has recommended that I take Ponstan!. The reason you have period pain is because the uterus contracts to let the blood flow out!. Ponstan stops it from contracting, thus no more pain!. Or so my doctor says!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's actually contractions which help to loosen everything and get it flowing - it's perfectly normal and women have it to varying degrees!. it can affect many parts of your body - across the front of your abdomen, lower back, thighs!.!. any anti-inflammatory (advil, motrin, etc) will help!. as the other poster said, heat can help - hot water bottle, heating pad, warm bath!.!.
if it's absolutely excruciating, you may want to see your doc about it since sometimes that can mean endometriosis and they may be able to give you something to help with the pain from that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cramps are normal take some naprogesic that works wonders!. or if you are anti -medication then perhaps a tried and tested good ol' hot, water, bottle!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
