Okay, You should get your first bra when you begin to develop breast buds(stage 2) that are visible through your shirt(that slight pointing and your nipple will be visible)!. A first bra should be a sports bra/cami bra undershirt type thing!. This will help you get used to the feel of wearing something under your shirt, and at the same time keep your developing chest covered!. When your breast begin to take a more adult like form (stage 3 on that chart) you may want to get a more supportive bra, one with cups, that hooks in the back!. You should have your mom measure you with a measuring tape to determine your cup size(you can find directions on how to do this online)!. After that you will just need to keep buying them in your accurate size!. breast development usually starts at about 11 and ends around 15!. When you feel you need one- it does not matter about the stage if you are ready!. I feel that all girls should have training bras so they are well adjusted for puberty and it is not all of a sudden like this bid thing!. Like the above person said, get a bra when you become aware that you have breasts growing!. Bras do three things: 1) provide support so that breasts don't sag and hurt!. 2) Hide the nipples from showing under your shirt!. 3) Give you a good shape!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't go by stages!. I just put one on when I felt I needed one!. I would say stage 2 though if I had to pick!. Definitely by stage 3 you should have one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
