why do some girls hurt really bad during penetration, is it just because their vagina is too small or what!. An example is that my friend was going to to have sex with his girlfriend and it was the first time for both of them!. You said it was both their first time, so apparently she was a virgin!! That means that her hymen may still be intact, the hymen is a thin peice of skin inside the vagina that gets stretched when the penis is entered for the first time!. Most people who have sex for the first time has severe uncomfortable pains!. It's not unnatural!. probably because they have not engaged in enough foreplay!. foreplay gets your body turned on and prepares your vagina for the penis to enter it!. Your vagina will produce natural lube and will expand slightly in width and length, all in preparation for easier penetration!.
