Question: 6 year old vaginal discharge!?
My daugter is having yellow vaginal discharge, she also had a sore throat, a rash under her arm and pink eye!. The ped is doing a culture on the discharge!. What could this be!? the sore throat has gone away and we have been treating the pink eye!. the rash seems to be disappearing as well!. the discharge is yellow now!. she does not itch or have any pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, nobody on this website is going to be able to give you an answer anywhere near as definitive as the culture from the Pediatrician!. It should only take a couple of days, but it could just be an imbalance of bacteria (possibly from taking antibiotics)!.
The only other thing I can think of is type of underwear; do you buy her 100% cotton panties!? Because underwear with too much acrylic/polyester/nylon/rayon etc can prevent proper "ventilation" and create discharge problems!.
