Question: What do you do when your pelvic pain gets so bad you can't concentrate!?
I've been diagnosed with endometriosis!. Before I left for school, my doctor put me on Seasonique to try and control its growth and so I'd only have four periods a year!. I've been on it for four weeks so far!. I'm over eight hours from home and at certain times the pain is so excrutiating I can't even move, especially after sex!. I don't have sex anymore, because it's not even enjoyable!. It just hurts!.
I have a really hard time focusing at school because I'm constantly in pain!. I just got a job and I don't want my endometriosis to affect my working ability!.
How do I deal with the pain!? Ibuprofen does nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suffer from endo!. as well!. I had a period 2 times a month that lasted about 8 days each w/ cramps so bad I would throw up or pass out literally!. I had a Dr!. note for school or work because I passed out so often!. I can't give any advise because nothing helped me except being in the fetal position, butt in the air!. Pills never worked at all!. I did get relief for about 5 years after I had my son!. Most of the pain went away but I became infertile!. I had laproscopic surgery to remove enough to get pregnant!. I had a hysterectomy 7 yrs!. ago & feel better than ever!.
I don't recommend this to you by any means at all!. Your to young!.
Give your meds!. a few more weeks to take affect & if that don't work!.!.!.!.ask about laproscopic surgery to have some of it removed!.
Sex was always painful until I had that done!. It felt like my husband was hitting a ovary!. I will never be completely

I have the same problem and used to pass out with pain, unless you have experienced this you can never understand how pain can be so incredible you cant even think!. I went to a Naturopath (homeopath) which is a natural medicine doctor!. He prescribed a potato extract which treated my endometriosis and then a berry extract which stopped the pain in less than 5 minutes!. Try it, and I hope you find some relief!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Stress can be a big factor to pain!.
Also, try heat packs!.
If all else fails, you need to go back to your doctor and tell him about this pain!. it could be an issue they need to know about!. always tell your doctor everything, that's what they are there for!. i am in school for Nursing!. and if he thinks there is nothing else medically wrong, then ask for something for pain!. don't be scared to ask them anything!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have IC, and i cant have sex either!. im so gutted by it, its all i go on about now!.!.
but i get reeeally bad pain with that aswell, all i can do is curl up in a ball at work, no tablets work at all, painkillers and anti-spazm medication have as much effect as taking a lump of sugar!. curling up in the ball doesnt really help but its less excrutiating

Ask about depo provera!.!.!. it is an injection that stops not just fertility but menstruation, PMS, etc!. altogether!. Seriously, dont live like this!. At least tell them you need some Tylenol 2s or 3s!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The birth control pill can help, a heat pack, exercise and also ask your GP about abdominal pain relief injections!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
