Is it safe to ask my doctor to start me on birth control?!


Question: Is it safe to ask my doctor to start me on birth control!?
I'll be almost 3 weeks postpartum this Friday and I'll be going to the OB!. I dont plan on having sex anytime soon but would it be a smart idea to go ahead and ask my doctor to start me on birth control!. I dont want another baby anytime soon if at all!

I'm not breasfeeding!.!.do you think he will do it!?

Honestly! if you dont plan on having sex, I really wouldnt bother with birth control! There are soo many side effect with BC it aint funny! I've had nothing but bad luck with all BC! thats just my opinion! but talk to your dr, and see what is offered and just read all the info b4 you make any final choice!

Well since you're asking opinions!.!.!.I would wait until my body was more regulated and adjusted hormonally after giving birth!. IDK, I just don't like to mess with stuff like that!. ;^)Www@Answer-Health@Com
