Answers:
First of all, it's probably hemorrhoids!. Secondly, even if it is a prolapse, it's treatable!. And you are and will be perfectly normal!. Stop scaring yourself and see your doctor!. Doctors deal with this all the time!.

P!.S!. - Your insides are NOT going to fall out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hemorrhoids look like cysts on your ***, they itch, burn, and are a general pain in the ***, prolapse is when the tissue holding your lower intestines in place lets loose and your insides fall out!. if you have a prolapse the doctor can go in and reattach things where they need to be ( for now just push it back in ) but if you let a prolapse go it will only get worse and will subject you to infection after you pick your guts out of the toilet the first time!. hemorrhoids I don't know how they treat them ( I think they remove them but I don't know for sure) but either way you need to see a doctor!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

According to the following website:

http://content!.nhiondemand!.com/psv/HC1!.a!.!.!.

"Hemorrhoids are dilated or enlarged veins in the area of the anal canal!. Sometimes hemorrhoids are referred to as piles!. This swelling of tissue can be classified as internal or external depending upon the exact location of the area that is affected!. Hemorrhoids are further classified as either prolapsing (external) or non-prolapsing (internal)!.

Both types of hemorrhoids are very common and may be associated with straining at stool, pregnancy, or with cirrhosis!. When internal hemorrhoids enlarge, they are generally not associated with pain!. The most common complaint is bright red blood on the toilet tissue or coating the stool, and the individual may have a vague feeling of anal discomfort!. It is not until an internal hemorrhoid is thrombosed, infected, or when there has been erosion of the mucosal surface that pain is a feature!.

Internal hemorrhoids may be classified additionally by degree of severity!. First-degree internal hemorrhoids enlarge but do not prolapse!.(1) Second-degree hemorrhoids bleed and prolapse with defecation, but return spontaneously!.(2) Third-degree hemorrhoids prolapse with each bowel movement and sometimes with exertion related to work or simply when standing!. They can be replaced with manual manipulation!.(3) Fourth-degree hemorrhoids prolapse with profuse bleeding, and great pain!.(4) When prolapse is not treated, hemorrhoids will usually becomes chronic as the tissue stays stretched!.

Most treatment is conservative, such as sitz baths or other forms of moist heat, suppositories (such as Preparation H), stool softeners, and bed rest!. Permanently prolapsed hemorrhoids are best treated surgically, with milder degrees of prolapse being treated by banding or injection of with a drug which the physician recommends!. External hemorrhoids that become acutely thrombosed are treated by incision, extraction of the clot, and compression of the incised area following clot removal!."

I would try some of the treatments listed above, especially the Preparation H (or store brand)!. I've had them and the PH works fine!. If they still bother you after a reasonable amount of time, then go to the doctor!.

PS An anal prolapse is the same as external hemorrhoids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please go to the doctor asap, or Urgent Care if you think it's a prolapse!.

There are treatments they can do for both to help!.

I'm so sorry, it must be really painful!.

If you have to #2 in the meantime, make sure you are using stool softeners!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

definately need to go to the doctor!. Both are severely painful!. One friend got it and was wearing a woman's pad in order to help with some of his pain!. A warm bath with sea salt helps!. you'll recover and be the same!. it just won't be fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
