hey, so i have a really light period today but we are going to the lake later, so i don't know if I should use a tampon!. I've never used one before either, I've tried but!.!.!.
anyways, please help!. Just because I don't want to put one in and it not have enough blood, and it hurt like crazy taking it out!.

You probably should just because it will be less messy for you!.
Use a light tampon and it's not going to hurt like crazy!. 1) that's and over exaggeration!. 2) it will absorb some of the water from the lake!. You will be fine!.

yeah, i think you should wear one!. just because it was really light today if you don't wear one it will probably get much heavier and then you will get really embarrassed!. it might not but that is how things work whenever i try to take a chance like that!. it might hurt a little but hey the up side for me would be whenever i wear one they help with how heavy i am the next day and sometimes my period doesn't last as long as when i don't wear one!.
try using one with an applicator!. my daughter kept trying the kind that doesn't have the applicator and could never get it in far enough for it to be comfortable!. then i got her to try one of my tampax pearl kind with applicator and she couldn't believe the difference!. if what you have doesn't have one see if a friend has one you can use or if you really have to you will just have to reach as far as you can with your finger!.

You should most definitely wear a tampon because I don't think you want to have an accident!.Tampons are sometimes a little bit painful ,but its all in the ups and downs of being a girl!.

It's not going to hurt because water will get up there (I know it's gross) but it will come out without pain!. If you don't change it when you get out you'll feel like it's leaking when you walk or jump or laugh!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
