Is this group or individual therapy!? They will most likely ask you about your eating habits and maybe have you tell them all you eat in a given day!. They will also ask you if you do anything such as binge/purge, overexercise or take diet pills!. You will also talk about your feelings and maybe any fears you have or what you are thinking!. I am sure you will be fine!. And i was reading some of your other questions and i know you have doubts about whether or not you have an eating disorder!. If youn don't, then i am sure the doctors will see that!. They can tell!. Just go in there with a positive attitude and everything will turn out just fine!.
