if you're on a 21 day pill pack, then you stop taking them after you finish every pill, and you don't open the new pack until a full week has passed, so if your last pill is a saturday, you stay off birth control until the following sunday!. if you're on a 28 day pill pack, take every pill!. the last week of pills is placebos, meant to just be placeholders so you don't lose track of when to start the next pack!. open the new pack when every pill in the pack is gone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
