I have trouble counting my period. im confused...help?!

Question: I have trouble counting my period!. im confused!.!.!.help!?
okay!. so i recently found out my period comes every thirty days by using a period calculator but when i try to count it myself on a calendar i end up counting wrong!.!.!.for example:
my last period seemed to be i think august 27th or the 28th but when i count the days after it ends (it lasts for seven days!. i!.e august 27th + 7 = september 3rd!.!.!.if it began on august 28th it would be 28 + 7 = september 4th) but im kinda standing on august 27th!. so it that means it ended on the third of september!.!.!.so how do i manually calculate when my period comes on again!? like when i count thirty days on my calendar it doesnt add up!. im obviously counting wrong!. (for example, september 3rd + 30 = october 3rd what the hell am i doing wrong!?) now my period calculator told me i would have my period on the 26th or the 27th!. please tell me how that adds up to be thirty days!. am i missing something!? its really frustrating because my birthday is on the 28th and i dont wanna walk around on my birthday as bloody mary!. so some help would really be nice please!. Answers:
Ok so it's really easy!.!.!.you start counting from the first day of your last period!.!.!.so if you started on August 27th and your cycle is 30 days your next period should be on Sept 25, 08!. Get it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Periods are counted from the start of one to the start of the next!. Keep a calender in your room and put an x on the day you start your period!. After a while (if you are regular, not everyone is) you will get an idea of how far apart your periods are and can predict about when your next one will start!.

When your period ends has nothing at all to do with counting your period or predicting the start of the next one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
