Question: Getting breast implants!.!.!.!.!.!.*10 Points*!?
On Dr!. Phil I saw a girl about my age who had the same physical abnormality as myself (One breast MUCH larger than the other)They clasified it as a birth defect!. She had an implant put into the smaller breast!. Would insurance cover this!? I'm 16 by the way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Right now your doctor will probably suggest a prosthetic breast (a falsy for one side) until your puberty growth spurt is over!. After your growth spurt is over you can be evaluated for an implant!. Insurance companies consider breast reduction medical (instead of cosmedic) if the amount is at least 500mL per breast!. If there is a quantity requirement that will probably be it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't even think about it Savannah!. You are only 16 and you are still growing!. It is extremely possible that the other breast will catch up!. It won't be exact if it does, but it could be so close there is no way anybody else can tell but you!. My daughter had the same thing wrong with her breasts and as she grew older her breasts got more even!. She is 27 now and you would never know that one breast is slightly bigger than the other!. Anyway, everybody has something slightly bigger than the other!. Take your feet for example!. Give yourself some time and see what happens!.
If when your older you still want a breast implant!.!.!.you need to know that NO insurance company will cover it!. They call it cosmetic surgery!. There's no insurance that covers cosmetic surgery!. you shouldn't get breast implants this young because you are still deveolping and can cause problems in the future if you get them so young Www@Answer-Health@Com
