Question: Should i get a pap smear even though I've never had sex!?
i read that women should get a pap smear 3 years after they've become sexually active or when they are 21!. I'm almost 21 and still a virgin!. I don't plan on becoming sexually active any time soon, but do i still need to get one!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most information I've seen has said even if you're a virgin you should still get one by 18-21!. I suggest you call your clinic or doctor and ask them what they think!.

my doctor said once every two years of becomming sexually active!. and i had my first one after my 21st birthday
i dont think there is a need if you are still a virgin- wouldnt it pop ur cherry!?

pap smear and being a virgin hurts like hell worst pain ever!.!.!. if your not sexually active you dont need it!.!. unless you feel like you have a yeast infection!.!.!.!. or something going bad down there!.!. and yes it tares your hymen a bit!.!. * yet it seemed to fused back!.!.!. i guess were all different!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i recommend it - you can never be too safe!. its a pretty short procedure and relatively pain free, just a little uncomfortable!. ask your doctor if they think you need one if you are still unsure!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
