Question: How to get in shape!? (I hate these "vanity pounds")!?
I'm 16, 5'4" or 5'5", and weight about 125-127 lbs!.!.!. My bone frame is narrow/medium-small!. I hate my thighs and stomach!.!.!. I realize I don't need to lose a lot of weight or anything, but 5, 10 lbs might be good!. How can I go about doing this in a healthy way!? What can I do to help get in shape!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio is your best bet!. Running a two or three times a week will really help!. I always kind of liked running, but found it boring, until iPods were invented!. I found I can actually run a lot more when I can listen to music while doing it!. You are right though, the last 5-10 lbs are the toughest!. If you absolutely hate running then walking is a good alternative, plus it's good to do with friends and family!. If your mom wants to drop a few lbs then I am sure she will be willing to go out walking/jogging with you!. Get other people involved with it and you will be much more likely to stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
