Answers:
it is your period your might trying to take pre natal vitamins!. most have iron as well as some good trace elements/ You might find that you feel better!. I know you are not pregnant but just try them it will not hurt youWww@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of women have low hemoglobin and are anemic and a big contributing factor is our monthly periods!. It isn't anything to be terribly concerned about!. I'd recommend taking a multi-vitamin if you aren't already!. I know that One a Day for Women has like 150% of the amount of iron you need so that should help!.

Next time you see a doctor, mention it and they can test you for anemia and see if you need to be on prescription supplements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry!! I have been through that like a million times!!! No, your iron is not dangerously low or anything!. its normal for womens iron level to be lower, especially right after their period!! it happens to me everytime! i always try to give blood before my period comes, then i usually take vitamins with iron in them for a few days before i go, just to make sure its okay! and i always try to eat a spoon of peanut butter before i go to give blood, peanut butter helps with iron levels also!! and thats always worked for me!! good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
