If this is swimming at school just take in a note - there is always next time!.
Wait until your period is finishes and you are feeling relaxed and practise inserting a tampon - you may need a little lubricant until you feel confident!.!.!. Don't worry, tampons are not for all of us!. I always hated them and only ever used them twice for swimming!.!.

There is no other alternative to the tampon except not swimming!. You cant wear a pad, because it will show!. Just relax and try another tampon, get a different brand if you need to!. I like the Kotex regular with the plastic applicator, but there are some out there for sports etc!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
just relax next time you try using a tampon,use a bit of lube,get into a comfortable position and try again!.i had the same trouble but just stuck to it and it eventually happened!.there really is no other way of going swimming without using a tampon!.hope i helped!.x!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Okay, I dont know why girls are saying to just wear a pad!.!.!.eww No! That is disgusting!.!.!.!.the blood could float out of your swimsuit !.!.!.that is very unsanitary!.!.!.You have to use a tampon!.!.!.I still hate wearing tampons because they hurt but eventually you get used to them and they prevent a lot of leakage!. so good luck!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Using a tampon is really the only thing that will help you out!. putting a pad in your bathing suit isn't going to do anything and if your !. is heavy chances are people will know you have it!. it usually stops when your in water but i wouldn't take the chance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't go swimming unless you use a tampon, its unsanitary!. They really aren't so bad, they just take practice!. Just relax and try again, you'll get it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
theres nothing really more you can do other than put in a tampon !.!.!. if the idea of putting in a huge tampon makes you feel like fainting, try OB tampons - theyre really really small!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
