I HATE my breasts. Advice?!

Question: I HATE my breasts!. Advice!?
I am 145 lbs, 16 years old, 5'4"!. I do not consider myself fat, just a little curvy in the hips and thighs and butt!.

Then comes my breasts!. I have 34 DD breasts!. They are not the ideal perky round breasts, which sucks since I am so young and it won't ever get better unless I go under the knife!. And stretch marks!.!.!.ick!.

And I know they will get bigger too!. They can really hurt my back after standing for a while or sitting in an uncomfortable chair where I can't lean back!.

Any advice for confidence/pain management/what I should do!?!? They really make me mad just because of my young age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
well you could try looking into a breast reduction when your older, but until then you can try a strap on back pad!. they have those nowadays that dont show under clothes or anything!. dont worry, embrace your body!. if its ever really painful and your back hurts so bad, then get a brace from any local chiropractor!. if the pain isnt that bad, use some tylenol maximum strength and carry those shakeable ice packs that dont melt!. you can use one whenever your back hurts!. as for confidence, dont worry honey, you'll learn to appreciate your breasts when you are older!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest trying to lose weight, eventually you'll lose it in your breasts, in fact if they were the last thing to get bigger, they'll probably be the first thing to get smaller!. Don't just give up and concede that it's just going to get worse and you have to learn to deal with it!. If you really hate how your breasts are, then fight back; exercise and eat well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could look seriously into a breast reduction surgery, which will really help with the pain and can give you that extra boost that you need ! depending on where you live it can be paid for by the government!.

if surgery isn't an option, then try wearing outfits that compliment your figure or try wearing a back brace to help with the pain!.
hope that helps !Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could get a reduction!. Darn gravity!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 23 and just had a breast reduction!. I was a 36 DD!. When I was in high school, like you I wanted a reduction but was scared!. You need to seriously talk to your parents!. All it takes is your Dr's referral to your insurance and they should approve you for surgery!. My insurance paid for mine, and my surgeon said most insurances do!. The pain really isn't that bed!. So if you're scared to have the surgery don't be!. It only takes a couple hours and you go home!. It's well worth it!.I only had mine a few days ago!. Also they took me down to a B cup!. Just go to your Dr!. and talk with your parents and see what they say!.

The pain you're having now will never go away, just get worse!. It's better to have the surgery early then wait, you'll be happier, and feel better about yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
