Has anyone ever had any problems with the Mirena?!

I had my mirena put in January of 2008 and been doing okay!. My periods finally got on track in April, but they last 2 weeks!. I never get any abdominal cramping, so I never know when my period will start!. The only way I know, is if my leg really starts hurting!. I can barely walk for like 2 days or even bend it!. I don't know if it is a blood clot or what!. I even lost my sex drive, have headaches constantly, and staying nautious!. Then a week ago, I ended my period and a few days ago I passed a huge clot and then nothing after that!. Then today I seem to be starting my period today!. I also noticed my boobs hurting, so I squeezed them and a clearish-whitish liquid came out!. I took a pregnancy test and the result was negative!. I just would like to know if anyone is experiencing any of the same symptoms and/or more!. I am about to call my doctor to have it removed!. Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
