Pregnancy is your best bet, in my opinion!. I had this trouble through 3 pregnancies!. The first was the worst!. Every afternoon at about 3:00 I would start feeling sick and would be better in the morning!. I could not even stand the smell of my husband browning humberger for supper from the opposite end of the house!. I called it "super smell"!. The breast tenderness, back aches, and vomiting are most probably due to pregnancy also!. I hope that you will be able to find this answer soon and that the symptoms ease up on you as soon as possible!. I would also recommend that you start bringing crackers with you to bed so that you can eat one or two before you get out of bed because the nausea may start happening in the morning also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
