Question: I think a tampon ruined my period cycle!?
For the first time I wore a tampon 2 months ago, and I was really nervous to put one in but I finally did and I was so excited! Before I used the tampon, my periods were normal and consistent, always landing around the same day!. But after I took the tampon out, it hurt like hell and my vagina was really sore!. Now whenever I get my period my vagina hurts and barely any blood comes out!. When it does come out, it's brown!. What is wrong!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's natural for soreness when you have your period, and often between heavy flows will come out as a deep brown colour, which isn't unusual!. If you've never had sex before then that could also explain the soreness of your area, since you're not used to things being!.!.!.up!.!.!.thereWww@Answer-Health@Com
Nothing is wrong! Maybe next time you should get a tampon for lighter days so it won't hurts so bad!. Brown blood means it's just dried out!. The tampon didn't do anything!. Are you new to your period!? If so, you're hormones are all crazy and your body is just trying to figure things out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
How long did you leave the tampon in for!? The manual says 4-8 hours, but no more then 6 hours is best!. Also, you can get sore from the first time using it because you aren't used to it!. I would talk to your doctor though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Is it possible you left a tampon in there!? Could you have left part of the applicator or something in there!? You should just go to the doctor to find out what's going on!. I and everyone I know has used tampons for years, and it has had no effect on our cycles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
