There is no normal age!. I would say that the average age however for starting to wear a bra is between 9 - 14!. You don't need to be a certain size if you are going to wear a sports bra (or a bra with no defined cups), as long as it fits snug against the body but it's too tight - it fits fine!. If you are looking for a bra with cups, you need to be at least a 32 AA I think that is the smallezt size!.
The number (32) is the BAND size
The letter (A) is the CUP size
To measure your BAND size you measure around your ribcage (right under your breasts)!. If the measurement is even, add 4 inches, if the measurement is odd, add 5 inches!.
To measure your CUP size put the measuring tape around the largest part of your breast (the fullest part of it)!.
Remember: round all fractional measurements up to the nearest whole number (ie!. 4!.6 add to 5)
Calculating your size:
Take your band measurement and subtract it from your cup measurement, for each inch in difference, you go up one Cup size (a to b)
Example:
Band Size = 34
Cup size = 36
Difference is 2 inches, so you would be a 34B (34 being the band size number, B being the cup size)

any age the girl feels comfortbable with :)!. No it doent matter the size, girls can wear training bras or just sports bras or they can get an actual bra!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
