Okay, I LOVE horseback riding!.
I'm not ready for tampons so please no comments saying ; Just Relax!. Try a tampon!.
I am not ready, not right now!.
I'm scared I am going to leak when I am riding!.
Do you think wearing a overnight one while riding is a good idea!?
I never really know, this is only my 3rd period!.

An over-night will be fine!. Everyone has a different cycle but remember day 2 is always the worst!. So, if you worry i would take it easy that day!. Other than that an over-night will do fine!.
If you just want to be extra prepared:
- make sure you bring an extra change of cloths, so if it does happen you can change after and it will not be noticeable to why you changed!.
- change your pad often (maybe once an hour) that will make sure you are good!.!.!. No leakage!

personally in my opinion i think using a tampon while horseback riding would be really uncomfortable!. a think using an overnighter or extra long pad WITH wings will due you fine!. its all in learning how heavy your period is, if its heavy at first or not heavy at all or heavy the entire time!. it depends!. a pad and maybe some tight jeans!. works for me because the tight jeans kind of keep everything locked in place until i can use a bathroom and let it flow!. put on a new one (with wings) before you go riding!. i would suggest an ultra-thin super or super plus!. im not sure if an overnight is necessary, unless youre riding for more than an hour!. also, even if anyone suggests it, i wouldnt recommend using tampons!. they sometimes hurt a LOT on horse back!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you have a heavy period try wearing an overnight pad!. i would also reccommend a pad with wings or similar so it doesnt move around as much!. it will hurt as much as normal to have a period/go horse ridingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just put on a fresh one before you go!. As long as it doesn't slide around, you'll be fine!. And the horseback riding won't hurt you at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
