Question: What's the best kind of birth control!?
I'm on the Nuva Ring now!. But my husband says it's kinda uncomfortable!. I had the depo shot when I was in high school, and hated it!. I don't want any implantations, because we are planning to conceive in a year!. What are your suggestions!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use the Diaphram, this was the best option for my husband and I!. If he finds the Nuva ring uncomfortable he might find that as well with the Diaphram!. You are already on hormone contraceptive, you could try a version of the pill!. Same hormones, different delivery method!.
I wouldn't recommend the IUD devices anyway!. I've heard too many people's stories that they got pregnant with it in and it complicated the pregnancy!. It's not that many stories, however for me the risk of it hurting my baby is not ok with me!. Doctor's tell you that it's low risk, but I personally would rather use a different method to avoid that risk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
