excercise and baths help!. i also find ''sodium naproxen'' works better than midol or tylenol!. it's OTC and the trick is to drink a lot of water when you take it!. Biofreeze is amazing and natural and you can get it at most chiropractors!. the only other thing that helps me is a good night sleep!. none of this helps you much since your at school!. If you still feeling like that its better to go home and relax, take the pill and lay in your bed, that might be help you, I do that when I'm in College and my cramps are to high badly so I go home!.

You should go home and take some painkillers followed by a hot bath!. I would always have the same problem at school and I would just go home!. Hot baths feel so much better!. Then when your done in the bath take a nap and you'll be all better!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
OMG!!!!!!!!!! The same thing happens to me all the time and i only 13!. So i take Midol Menstrual Complete!. It is the only thing that helps me none of the others help!.My doctor is going to put me on birth control to help my cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
