Question: Hey i need a little bit of help with tampons!? Please!?
I've had my period for about 2 years now, and im worried if i'm not normal!
I used a 'Super' size tampon, and 4 hours later i've completely leaked through and ruined my panties!.!.!.But when i took out the tampon it really hurt and was barely full!.!.!.I've tried different sizes but they do the same thing!.!.!.
Am i putting it in wrong and if so can i have a bit of advice!.!.!.!?

When you are putting on the tampoon make sure you are really relaxed and get to know your body!. You might have to squat a bit more when inserting or try putting it on standing with one leg leaning on something this might open you up more so that you can insert it all the way in!. Since you say the tampoon is coming out dry than you are probably putting it on wrong and its not all the way in, therefore it is just leaking out from the sides!. Yes I know a tampoon hurts when you are pulling it out and it is dry!. Always use a pantiliner!. Try using a tampoon that is made to contour with your body there are many brands that go for the whole adapting to your body advertising!. Dont worry it will take some time to get use to tampoons and for your body to adapt!. You might need to change the brand of tampon your using!. Some thing that fits to your bodies curves!. Always wear a pantie liner with tampons!.
Are you pushing the tampon far enough inside that you can only feel the string on the outside!?
Well, if you feel that it's uncomfortable on the days that it leaks then you might have pushed it in crooked so just take that one out and put another one in!.
By the way, your "pee hole" is way too small for a tampon to fit so don't worry about that!. Its about the size of this o!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
