Here is my advice:

Dont attempt this unless backdoor play is already part of your bedroom activities!. You should be comfortable with your partner teasing, tickling and inserting a finger or two before having more normal sex!.

(This is advanced stuff - you will fail if you just try full penetration w/o days and weeks of getting comfortable)!.

This will give you a chance to buy a supply of lube and perhaps latex gloves!. Extra thick lube is recommended because the more watery stuff simply squeezes off!.

Note: Do you watch adult videos where the guy simply pushes his way in!? What you dont see are the 5-10 minutes the girl spends with her own toys slowly stretching herself out!. Your partner needs to do this with you!.

How to do it:

- One suggestion is to have the guy wear a condom (so it is slicker and does not absorb the lube) and stand next to the bed!. The girl goes doggy style and pushes back!. This is important because she has to control the first few minutes to allow her to relax and take things in!. There will be spots where she has to pause because it hurts!. She will know this better than he will!.

- Or have the woman sit on the edge of the bed and lay back, putting 2 pillows under her hips to point her upwards!. The guy stands next to the bed and goes in!. (This is actually a favorite because his hands are free to fondle and give the other tender bits attention for her orgasm!.)

IMPORTANT POINT: Both of these positions are relaxed so the guy is not doing a pushup or driving in with bent knees!. It may take 5-10 minutes the first time so you dont want a lot of strain of him holding himself up!.

HEALTH RULE: if he starts going in the back, and it hurts and you stop - he must wash before going in the front!. No ping-ponging!. Another reason to use a condom - easier to switch!.

Remember that this and all naughty, slutty activity in the bedroom is private and builds intimacy!. You have to be safe, and feel free to go "Oh - that does not feel so good - lets try something else!."

Dont be judgmental or prudish about anything - it is play!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anal sex is fine as long as you are safe and communicate openly with your partner!. It can be perfectly healthy and enjoyable for both the man and woman!.

Some women like it, some don't!. Some men like it, some don't!. It's okay if you or your partner do or don't like it!.

If you want to try it, try your best to relax, use lots of lube (something like KY works best), go really slow at first and stop if it hurts or doesn't feel good!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OKay, LUBE and take it slow! DX I actually enjoyed it when I did it a few times and so did my guy :P It depends on the girl!. Some girls think ICK, but it didnt bother me as much!. I mean, its me and my guy, so who cares what we do in bed besides me and him!? Just be very safe, you can get anal fissures from anal sex and those make pooping very difficult and it doesnt heal for a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

guys seem to like it a lot, because of how tight it is, whereas girls a lot of the time just do it because he wants you too!. i personally didnt like it, it made me feel like even though it was a loving relationship, i was being used!. definitely use a ton of lube!. the best lube i think is saliva!. i havent recieved an orgasm but good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The anus is very sensitive and has many nerve endings, so of course some people will enjoy anal sex!.

Not to be crude, but I sometimes enjoy stimulating my clitoris during anal sex!.

Some people hate anal, others love it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure your partner uses a condom!.

Unless your married!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
