so i heard the kegel exercise works to get the vagina whole tighter and feel better when having sex!.!.!.true!?!?!?!? if so how does it work!? when and how do i do it and how many times a day!?!?!? and how long would it take for it to work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to do 5-10 contractions every time you hear a phone ring!.

Also - it wont hurt anything to do them wrong, but there is a right way!.

Imagine lying on your back and !.!. say a plastic tampon applicator is inserted with the end sticking out!. Try to contract the muscles at the front so the exposed end tilts upwards!. It's not just clenching the pelvic floor or your butt!.

There are special toys you can use to help with this, but just do it on your own several times per day usually works fine!.
