However, while running especially, my legs go almost numb and they hurt so badly i almost have to collapse!. I no this cannot be normal, as it prevents me from doing well in my races!. I need an answer to this because i have states coming up and can't be affected!. I am in good health, 15 years old 115 pounds, 5'7"!. I eat healthy (i am a vegetarian) and excersize, obviously, a lot!. Could going on birth control help, as i know it helps people with bad cramps!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may be anemic this will cause you to become dizzy!.!.!.its a blood problem you need to see both your family doctor and a gynocologist!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All you need is more calories!. Swimmers can take up to 6,000 a day, find out what's right for you!. Ask your coach or doctor!. You are most likely a little anemic, but I don't know that for sure!. It causes dizziness, and weakness like that!. I wouldn't think it is a cramp!.

I think that birth control might adversely affect your performance and alter your cardiovascular stability or stamina!.

You could take vitamins and iron, folic acid too, always good for you, if it's good for mothers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
