Step1; Choose the type of bottle you want to use!. Several disposable types are available that come with premixed cleansing liquids!. Alternatively, you can use a reusable vaginal bulb syringe and mix your own!.
Step2; Prepare the bottle type you choose for use!. For disposable types, remove the wrapping and pull up the nozzle if necessary!. Mix the ingredients for a reusable type!.
Step3; Pick a place to cleanse!. The best place is in a shower or standing up in a bathtub!. With both of these locations, the liquid can fall into the water and wash away easily!. An alternative is on the toilet, but this location may be more challenging if sitting down!.
Step4; Insert the nozzle into the vagina very gently!. Make sure it's not inserted more than 3 inches!.
Step5; Squeeze the bottle slowly to release some of the liquid!. Allow all the liquid to flow freely out of the vagina!. repeat!.
Tips & Warnings
A medicated douche is available to help cleanse and relieve vaginal irritation!.
Stop douching if you become dry or irritated!.
Do not douche if you're pregnant or to prevent pregnancy!.

She really doesn't, unless the doctor prescribes it!. Douching is very seldom necessary or beneficial!. Commercial douches come with the solution in a sealed bottle, which you want to warm up at least to body temperature!. The nozzle usually screws on the top of that bottle!. You squat over the toilet or in the shower, insert the nozzle like a tampon, and give a gentle squeeze!. The solution then goes up and out!. You repeat the procedure until the bottle is empty, then you remove the whole thing and throw it away!. However, as I said- it's not something you really need or should do!. The vagina is a self cleaning set up, and douching upsets the balance of things!. There really are not any big advantages to doing it, except when you need to administer some sort of medication like after surgery!. Otherwise, it's best not to do it!. Commercial douche kits usually come with an insert with directions as well, and following those is the best way to do things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you should never douche!. it's bad for the vagina!. douching can scratch the inside of your vagina resulting in infections and what not!. let your vagina clean itself, ergo one of the reasons why you have your period every month and random discharges here and there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just don't!.!.!.!. it will only give you a yeast infection or other irritation!. If washing with a mild soap and water doesn't get you clean enough, you might have a bacterial infection, and will need to see a doctor!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
