Question: How soon can I have sex!?
I am currently using metronidazole gel twice a day for bacterial vaginosis!. I am supposed to use it for 5 days, but my question is, can I still have sex while I am being treated or do I have to wait a certain amount of time!? It wasn't caused by an std or anything, and my boyfriend doesnt have anything either!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Another thing, well bacterial vaginosis isn't that easy to get rif of that, takes time and you use by 5 days, even you finish the gel, your vagina and the walls, are so sensitive and might be the infection coming back, let yourself heal, otherwise you will give to your parther, I'm sure you don't want that , right!?

If you have a vaginal bacteria infection, you CAN give it to your boyfriend!. Probably won't, but it's still a slight possibility!. If I were you, I wouldn't be feeling particularly sexy right now!.

Wait at least until the 5 days is up!.
1) You can give your boyfriend the infection!.
2) Sexual activity can remove the medicine from its place!.
3) Your vagina needs time to heal and recuperate from the infection so it would help to not have sex!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Was your boyfriend tested!? Men carry it and don't have symptoms of it!. If you are not completely clear of the infection, you can spread it to him!. You don't want to start a cycle of passing it back and forth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
