Question: Can forty years of stress cause you to get ill !?
HI,
i guess this all started at the age of 3 my daddy died in the line of duty and a year later my mommy killed herself!. I'm a 43yr old mother of 6 children ages 24-17 three girl's one boy i recently just found out about two kids 20 & 18 years old after 10 years of marriage it's not the children's fault i love them as though they have always been there!. Also having marriage problems kid problems as my world turns!.
,I was primary care giver for my granny who raised me!. she's in heaven now but lived to 95ys my first love died in his sleep and my very best friend from school died in a car wreck!. am not a drama queen its like the good lord i supposed not give you more than you can handel but i wish he didn't trust me so much! i also love my husband very much and want to grow old together if he wants to!. he wants!
i made a vow with god good and bad this will pass wont it!?
But i am a big girl now and have my big girl panties and dealing with it all now i have Lupus,and very arthritic ,IBS ,osteo!.
could all this be in my head or is real!?

the only one of those four i know to be caused by stress is IBS, but im no doctor!. you should talk to somebody!. And above all else, exersice alot!. I used to feel down all the time about the past and my current situation!. Now that I found weight training and cardio and sports and outdoor activities I feel so much better about my life!. I know you said arthritic and osteo so start slow!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
