Question: Frequent Urination!?!? NOT PREGNANT!!!?
Hi I am 23 years old, For the last 3 months or so I have to pee all the time!. In the night I wake up 3-4 times to pee, and normally its quite a bit, not just a little sprinkle!. I have cut back on drinking anything at night and it still happens!. I KNOW I AM NOT PREG!! (Its not possible) lol!.!.!.!.***I don't think*** I have my periods normal!.!.!.!.I don't drink ~alot~ of soda!. I am about 5'9" 200 pounds, so I am not "Fat"!.!.!.!.Just any opinion would help Thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Except, there are many more things besides adrenal disease that it could be!. You really have to see your doctor, and get testing to sort out which one you have!. It could also be thyroid disease!.

Could be a number of things, possibly an underlying bladder issue!. Try not to drink ANYTHING at least 2 hours before going to bed at night either!. I know it doesn't help but try and delay going to the toilet during the night as long as you can as it may also be a habit that your body has got into as I know this happens with friends of mine that shift work!. Still in my opinion though, I'd go see a doctor and just get them to check it out!. Good luck and hope it gets sorted soon!.

I have the same problem and have cut back on drinking pretty much anything late at night and it hasn't helped!. I'm thinking about going to the doctor to see what is going on!. I know I'm not pregnant either so I'm getting concerned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't listen to Nirvana!. Never take medications to shut off a warning light!. That is crazy!.
That is a beginning sign of Adrenal Fatigue!.
Get yourself tested!.
