Answers:
-Have you already gotten breast buds!?
-Have you already gotten a little pubic/underarm hair!?
-Any other possible signs of puberty!?

If you answered yes to all of those questions, then yes, you are just right around the corner of getting your period! It will probably arrive within the next 6 months :)

GOOD LUCK!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you're on your way to having your first period, however no one can say exactly when a girl will get her first menstrual period, but usually girls will get it some time during puberty!.

Some girls start puberty at age 9 or 10 where others may start as late as age 15 or 16!. Each girl goes at her own pace!. So don't think that it's a bad thing or that something is wrong if your friends start puberty a little earlier/later than you!.

At the beginning of puberty, you'll notice that your breasts are developing and you're starting to grow a little hair under your arms!. Hair also will grow on your genitals (pubic hair)!. In some girls, the time from the beginning of puberty to getting the first menstrual period may take only 6 months, where as for other girls, it may take longer and can take up to 3 years!. Another sign is vaginal discharge fluid (sort of like mucus) that a girl might see or feel on her underwear!. This discharge usually begins about 6 months to a year before a girl gets her first period!.

Every girl is different, and there is a wide range of normal development during puberty!.

All I can say is that you should be patient, it will happen when your body is ready!.

Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're probably going to get your period sometime soon!.
:D
and it doesn't really matter if you're "developed" or not because i have friends who started their periods when they were 8 or 9!.
and trust me!. they were soo not developed!.

take this opportunity to stock up on some "feminine needs" items and start wearing odorless panty liners, so that the discharge doesn't soak through!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well how old are you!.!.!. i started my period my 8th grade year!. and when i was in 6th grade i was beginning to notice things changing!. and when i was i stated Jr high i had discharge!. i never thought anything of it!.!.!. i honestly thought i peeed a bit!.!.!. but i came and talked to my mom and she told me to wair a pantie liner and i started the next year!. who knows you might start soon or in a year you never know everyones differntWww@Answer-Health@Com

Some girls naturally have more discharge than others!. It could just be the way you are!. If it makes you really uncomfortable try getting some light panty liners!. It probably is a sign that your period is coming up soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this happens to girls maybe a year!.!.!.or less!.!.!.before she starts, who really knows exactly!? but!.!.!.!.it's perfectly normal!.!.!.if it bothers you, then wear panty liners!.!.!.they aren't like pads, they're super thin, and just for this kind of thing!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might have an infection!. Check it out with your doctor, although it might be a little uncomfortable!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
