tell her to take some tylenol or ibuprofen ( works better) maybe 2 of them instead of one!. She can also use a heating pad!. Thats just life, girls will always get cramps from their periods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
your girlfriend could either take midol, advil, etc, or go on the pill to ease the cramps!. The cramps come from the shedding of blood in her uterus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
