both of my parents are short and so am i, but i wanna grow a few inches more!.!.!.!.i really need tips on growing taller!.!.i've been taking these vitamins called cherifer for sometime now!.!.!.still i want more tips!.!.i want natural easy tips!.!.thanks in advance guys !!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a 16 year old girl and I have to say, ALL of the girls in my year at school have stopped growing at around 15/16!.!.!.

Becasue your genes from your parents are the determining factor, and they are both short, you are likely to be short!. I don't think there is anything that will make you grow (except for surgery where they break and then reset your leg bones lol)

Embrace being short and tiny!. :D I'm 5'11", so I don't know what it's like to be short, but I know that you have to be happy with yourself!.

Think of positives!. You can walk into any clothes shop and clothes will fit you!. Guys will be taller than you!. Cute shoes will fit you!. There are so many good things about being little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There really isn't a way to make yourself taller, I hate to break it to you!. I mean, you're 16, you're still growing, but height is truly one of those things that stays in the genes!. Being short isn't all that bad, I'm 5'7 & can't wear heels that are too high or else I'll be taller then my boyfriend, lol!. You on the other hand can wear heels as much & often as you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm smaller than all of my friends and most of my year :)
unfortunately there isn't a way of growing taller until you hit a growth spurt or do those fancy medical vitamin things :)

There is no way to make yourself grow taller!. No magic food, pill, or cream will alter your height!.

The quickest way to grow taller is to put on a pair of heels!.

i dont think theres anything thats gonna make you taller!.!.
you could try basket ball and stretching more but you have to realize that
its genetics!.!.its the way you are built just love your selv for who you are!.!.plus guys love short girls duhhh!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
