Cool! I was 14 when I got my first period!.!.!. It was August 15 - of course that was in 1980!! LOL!! K!.!. I was totally freaked out like you!.!.!. relax!! I didn't get my period again until November!. You will be irregular for at least a year; and depending on your weight and diet, could be longer or shorter!.!.!. but count on six months to a year!. You are FINE! Don't worry!. And, hey!.!.!. you'll have this for the next 40 years of your life, so don't hurry it too much! Good luck and take care!. : )Www@Answer-Health@Com

No one can tell you - every woman has a different experience!.

But rest assured that it's normal to be irreegular, skip months, and generally not settle into a routine for a while!.

Even after you're regular, it's perfectly possible - and normal - for a woman to be late or even skip a period!.

Diet, exercise and/ or stress can all be contributing factors!.

If you know you're not pregnant, don't worry about it!.

If it continues for more than one cycle, see your doctor, because then it may be a symptom of an underlying gynecological issue!.

Not to worry kiddo!.!.!. totally normal!.

Periods take about a year to regulate!. And sometimes you will have regular for bleeding for a few days, or you may just spot on and off!.

It will come again!. It may be a couple of weeks or it may be a couple of more months!. Either way, nothing to worry about!.

Do keep pads with you where ever you go!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry, the exact same thing happened to me
i had my first period at the begining of November, then didn't have my second one till mid Feb
and since then i've been completley regular, like i can predict when my next one will be and give or take 1 one day itll be pretty much then!.
so yeh dw about it, it happened to me and i turned out ok!! haha

No one will know - when you first start them they are all over the place - every month, every few weeks, every 2 months etc - just be prepared for them to arrive at any time and always wear a panty liner just incase - can't help you anymore because everyone's body is different - just be prepared and always wear a panty liner and carry towels/tampons with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem as you when I started my period, and it took me about a year to have regular period!.

Like you said, its natural to have irregular periods when you've just started!. So don't panic, and just let nature take its course chick ;-) Www@Answer-Health@Com

i shouldn't worry it's entirely normal, it usually takes a while for the next one, 2-3 months!. there's nothing wrong!.

and you will be irregular, because everyone is when they start, it takes a couple of years to settle down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first couple of years after you get your first period is a bit confusing and you don't have a normal pattern!. It is actually rather rare to start having normal periods from the first time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you better stop worring - it will prob take a while for your periods to settle and get into the cycle!. this is normal - i cannot tell you when you will have another - but your body will do this naturallyWww@Answer-Health@Com

A "regular" cycle is 28 days!. 7 +/- days on your period, 21 +/- off!. Ovulation occurs around the 14th day after you START your period IF your period is regular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
