i tried menstrual cups once and they were soo hard to get in and especially out!. they sucked! and once I did get it out the blood poured everywhere!. i would highly recommend tampons!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've never heard of menstrual or diva cups!.!.!. but if you can't use a tampon, then pads are a good choice, and if you can't get ahold of pads, then merely take four squares of toilet paper, fold it in half twice, and you have a cheap pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
