Question: Is it possible i could have just had a misscarriage!? !?
Ok its a little complicated but i messed my contraception up by acccident and everything seemed ok i came on a little bit as normal about 1 and a half weeks ago and just now i have had immense pain (like period pain only worse ) and quite alot of blood (tmi) its still quite painful only i don't know what it is !?

I have personally experienced a miscarriage!. It was very much like a period, but I had a ton of blood and a lot of clumps, which were blood clots!. My stomach pain was worse than a normal menstrual cram though!.If you have blood clots in your blood then most likely you did have a miscarriage and I would strongly advise you to see medical attention ASAP!. Theres a few things the doctor has to do to you to make sure your health is ok!. The doctor will examine you and then go in and scrap out all the extra stuff from your miscarriage!. I would go and get checked!. I had a missed miscarriage some years ago but was just like a heavy period, I think the doc diagnosed it by looking at the neck of the womb!. I had a D & C which is just to make sure everything has come away then I was fine, but a bit shocked as I did not know I was pregnant!. i was on microgynon and was running packs of pills together and forgetting to take them etc!. anyway i started to get a period which seemed normal and then it got really heavy and very painful, i was doubled over with cramps and was having blood clots etc!. it lasted about 3 weeks and i was really worried!. i went to the docs and they did some tests and it resulted in me messing up my contraception and i was basically having two heavy periods at once

When you say you missed your contraception!? how many did you miss!? with a lot of contraceptive pills you can miss ONE or TWO (never a third) anywhere in the pack, it has an effective window!. The bleeding and cramping could have just been a break through bleed because your pill was disrupted, or it could have been a brief conception!. I personally have never had a miscarriage although it does sound quite likely you have!. I would go to the doctors asap and maybe do a pregnancy test as the hormone would still be in your body for a few weeks yet!.
