its ok im about ure age lol (12) and that happens all the time its completely normal!
sometimes it happens when its cold and u have no clothes on or when something rubs ur nipple (lol its kinda weird but true!)

Sounds like your nipples just dry and peeling!. Try some lotion!. If that doesn't fix it after a few days talk to your mom!. But just sounds like dry skin nipples dry out fast especially when you wear a bra!. The friction dries out the skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
