Answers:
Begin the pack on the first day that you start your period!. Start with the regular pills first, and take them in succession!. When you reach the sugar pills at the end of the month, continue taking those just like you would the others!. These are empty sugar pills and don't contain hormones, so it signals your body to have a period!. Take all four days of these sugar pills, and then begin your new pack - whether or not you are still on your period!!

When I first started Yaz, I took the pills faithfully and still spotted irregularly for about the first two months!. So don't be alarmed if you spot at strange times or if it seems like you get a strange period in the middle of the month!. Your body will regulate itself with the pill!.!.!. just keep taking them every day, in succession!. After those first couple months, my periods became like clockwork and VERY short and VERY light (bonus!)!. I loved Yaz, worked great for me, hope it works out for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
