Question: A way to know if my hymen is still intact!?
I have not had sexual intercourse, but I do a number of activities known to tear the hymen (such as dancing, tampon use, masturbation, as well as some horseback riding)!. Is there any 'test' I can do myself to see if my hymen is still there!? Thanks in advance :)

You can still use tampons even if your hymen is not broken, it is still open down there!. Unless you are inserting objects during masterbation that wouldn't cause problems either!. Never heard of anything happening during horseback riding but that's besides the point!.
Best way would be to get a hand held mirror (if you have a larger hand held mirror that works better than a compact mirror) squat like you're getting ready to sit and spread your labia (lips) to see if it's still thick and intact!. You will definitely be able to tell if it's there or not!.

hold it at down ward angle looking at your Vagina!. If your hymen was thick or is thick
you can probably see it broken!.!.!.or intact
