Would this be okay? What do you honestly think ?!

I was very sick for 2 days and i missed 2 birth control pills!. The pills i missed were the First 2 pills of the second week!. Today i noticed i had breakthrough bleeding in my underwear!. I didn't know what to do so i just took today's pill and forgot about the other 2 pills i missed!. Im planning to just keep taking them normally and not taking the two i missed!.

Do you think this would be okay!?
Im just hopping that the break through bleeding will stop!?
What do you think!?
