The same way i manage when i'm on the ground!.
I go to the toilet change my pad/tampon dispose of it in the sanitary trash box, or if there isn't one i use the bag provided and put it in the normal trash bit where you put used paper towels, flush the toilet and leave!.!.

Edit: She doesn't let you!? Why!? How can she stop you!? By some and keep them in your bag, she won't have to know :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just the same as normal, unless you are like me and scared to use the airplane toliets!. You could double up, tampon and pad, so if you leak through the tampon the pad will be there!. I was going to join the airforce before i got married, and all the girls said double up, cause you dont always get to the bathroom on time!. Plus its just a 5hr flight, you could just use a overnight pad too, and change right away when you get to the airport!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a 5 hour flit ones well I was on my period (i'm 13) were a tampon a sleeping pad with wings and I gold up some toilet paper and but it in my crotch and be prepared for some cleen up after (bring some whips or something) you'll be fine good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try always freshelle
its a pad with a little wipe so you can clean yourself down in the toilets too!.
keep a couple in an old pencil case in your bag, changing every few hoursWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a tampon user so it's fairly easy for me!. If you're a pad girl then I'd be careful to have a big enough one on!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
