Question: Overdosing on benefiber!?
What could happen!? Just curious!. Probably took like 10-15 (not at once) Says not to go over 9!. So help!? Will i die!? Or just poo a lot!? I ate a lot of food to so but ya PLEASE HELP IM SCARED TO DEATH!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would have been a problem if you took that much benefiber and didn't drink enough water!. You would then maybe get a bowel obstruction!. Cause benefiber would be like cement!. You may **** bricks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
you will be fine!. Your stomach may cramp up quite a bit for a while!. I expect you would be pretty gassy as well!. Just drink tons of water to help it all go through!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
