Question: Paranoid about coming on my period during sex!?
everytime when me and my partner are getting intimate i get quite paranoid that my periods going to start, im on the pill so i know when to expect my period but i still get worried!. what can i do to calm down!?!? please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ask your partner if he'd mind having sex just before your period, and see if he minds a bit of blood!. if he doesnt that'll put your mind at ease, because your period wont just come full blown while your having sex so it'll only be a bit of spotting!.
if he does, or if you're really put off bit it, and if you're like me who just finds sex uncomfortable literrally when i'm about to start as i'm so bloated, just say no!.
my period always starts saturday night/sunday morning on the pill, so i generally tell him no when its saturday!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol just don't worry about it!. If it is nearing that time of the month just don't have sex that week!. Most women can tell when they are going to start, bad mood swings, bloating, you know the drill!. The other days you are fine though, just relax!!!! Www@Answer-Health@Com
