I'm 13 and my boobs are tremendously small!. I can't even fit into an A cup!. Is there any excersises or foods I can eat to make them grow!?!?!? Please help, a lot of people make fun of me because of it and I just don't want another person to call me flat chest!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your 13 just wait!. it sounds bad but when i was younger i had boobs before any of the other girls my age and i was really happy, but then they got theirs later and were all bigger than me :(

Padded bras!? not too big tho, id start with a really tiny wun then work it up so it looks like natural growth lol i strongly suggest you dnt stuff your bra, if someone found out the people who bully u about it will know they are getting to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Erm!. Im 12 years old and i wouldn't say my boobs were BiG, but i jus wear paddded bra's lol !.!.
I also heard of my mom that drinkin more milk can make them grow bigger!.
